Littleton Physical Therapy respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our designated agent below.

How to submit a DMCA notice

To be effective under U.S. law, a notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. The URL on our site where the infringing material is located
  4. Your contact information (email, phone, mailing address)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

We aim to respond to valid notices within 5 business days. Where appropriate, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-notice procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error or by misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. It must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed and its URL before removal
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers.

Misuse warning

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages. Do not submit a false DMCA notice.
